Concepts are turned into in-house manufactured ceramic components which then need to be integrated with larger devices to make a fully functional and scalable product.

This integration could include modeling, design engineering, electronics, electrical connections, gas manifolding, and balance of plant management.

Our end product design & performance requirements require unique ceramic processing steps that are specifically tailored for that product. Hence, it is often impossible to find off-the-shelf automated machines. Hence, as we scale up our processes by 10 to 100 times, we often design & build our own machines that provide increasing levels of automation to our processes.

While we have a diverse set of capabilities, if the device fabrication requires highly complex engineering challenges, we use the help of our sister companies.
